Management Team

ERM takes the stance that the daily management of the company should be conducted in a professional manner and one befitting the industry and the company vision. Management positions are ones that require thoughtful insight, knowledge and experience combined with a desire to achieve and create.

While the company founders and the board of directors understands the need for projecting an appropriate image, it also takes the stance that the benefits of having a management and advisory team from the exploration industry supported by business development professionals creates the right team to meet the challenges ahead. To that effect the management team and company directors and advisors, together have over 100 years combined industry exploration experience and over 50 years combined business management and financial industry experience.

The company believes that the success level and image it creates is totally dependent upon its ability to soundly propel the business and increase the opportunity for success. The ERM professional team operates within reasonable means and under modest scale but appropriately made budgets for managing and directing the company.
